Audio Visual Equipment
Through our extensive inventory and trusted vendor partner network, EBI can provide any equipment that your event requires. We examine the unique demands of your event, and recommend equipment based on those specifications. Backup equipment is built into our show planning to ensure a flawless event. We pride ourselves on stocking our events in anticipation of our clients’ and presenters’ every need.
Budget Management
EBI negotiates mandatory houses charges; schedules load in, strike, and dock access; facilitates security and fire watch schedules; and coordinates rigging. From the very start, we create drawings for our clients and meeting planners, so they can plan occupancy accordingly and we always keep internal budgets at top of mind.

EBI always looks for ways to reduce costs for our clients while still delivering best-in-class trade show experiences. We are adept at organizing and streamlining freight of production and client items, as well as limiting union expenses at union trade show venues. Our experience includes designing trade show booths from the outset and facilitating specialty experiences on site.
